Day 3

On your third day go for the vegetables. Try to eat them boiled or in raw form. Don’t use any cooking oil. Try to avoid potatoes because they are very high in starch and carbohydrates. Various vegetables are there which are a delight to taste when eaten raw or in boiled form such as cabbage, gourds, broccoli etc. You can choose any vegetables that you like but keep in mind not to include vegetables that have high fat content. Also remember to drink adequate amount of water to flush toxins from your body.

Day 4

On day 4 include both fruits and vegetables in your diet. Try not to include bananas and potatoes. You can eat fruit salad in the morning and veggies in the afternoon and in the same way eat fruits in the evening and have vegetables for your dinner. Try to drink at least 10 glasses of water in the entire day. Water should never be forgotten because it helps in regular cleansing of impurities from the body.

Day 5

Try to include liquid diet. You can start your day with some fresh soup. Eat salad and some veggies in breakfast. You can also consume some skimmed milk which is completely fat free. It will give you instant energy. Eat leafy vegetables in lunch without using any cooking oil. Drink fresh juice in the evening and soup in the night. You can have a plate of salad or vegetables during dinner.
